Each unit in our complex is unique. As part of the
community's historical charm, the buildings were divided
into apartments in different ways. We welcome you to come
to tour our buildings, enjoy our gardens and explore our
outdoor spaces.
Monthly carry charges or rent include heat, water, and gas.
Residents are responsible for very reasonable electric charges,
generally $20 to 50/month.
